Here you will find all the necessary information regarding the organisation of the training from the registration to the end of the program.
The registration process
There are two options:
By telephone: After having given your contact information and specified the desired training, our team will send you the offer related to your request. You must sign it and send it back to us as a registration form. At this point, we create the session and send your invitations.
On the website: From the site: You make a request for pre-registration on the chosen training. We will process your request and then send you your convocations by email, with the address if it takes place in person or with a link if it will be a remote training.

Where will the training take place?
The training can take place at within your company, online or at our premises, depending on your preference. The location of the training will be indicated on your invitation sent by email. If your training is distance learning, you will find a link on your invitation.
What are the schedules?
The predefined training schedules are as follows:
From 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
Distance learning courses have the same schedule.
Training process
Our administrative team will welcome you and direct you to the training room. The trainer will then take over.
At the beginning of each session there is a presentation of the trainer and then of each trainee; then a presentation of the curriculum will take place in order to have all the required information.
Course materials
During face-to-face training sessions, the materials are published and communicated in paper form to the trainees.
For distance learning courses, the course materials are provided by the trainers in electronic version.
Is lunch provided?
Lunch is not provided, but you will find several good places to eat around you.
After the training
You get a certification of participation. If your training enables to obtain an ISTQB certification for example. You will receive it after your exam if you succeed.
Is it accessible to persons with disabilities?
