Little known to the public, the individual operational preparation for employment (POEI) is a French training program financed by France Travail (formerly known as Pôle Emploi) with a permanent contract at the end. It's similar to an upskilling program. As part of a POEI led by QESTIT Academy, you apply for a test consultant vacancy, join a recruitment process, sign a promise to hire and then start our training to become a tester. At the end of the training, you go straight to your partner company to start your contract.

Because new developments and changes are frequent and significant in the digital world, testing is impacted and evolves. Testers must now be able to respond to of fast-moving needs and train accordingly.
