How are our training sessions organized?

HOW TO REGISTER

You have two options:

From the course page: you can request pre-registration for your chosen course. We'll process your request and then send you your invitations by e-mail, with the address if it's face-to-face, or with a link if it's distance learning.

From the contact form: send us your request and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
By email to academy@qestit.com: once you've indicated the training course you require, our team will send you a quotation for your request. You'll need to sign it and return it to us as your registration form. We then create the session and send out your invitations.

The estimate serves as your registration form and agreement.

Our training courses are inclusive. If you need it, we can adapt our training methods to your disability.

Organization

How do our training courses work?

The training process

Our administrative team welcomes you to the classroom. They will direct you to the training room. The trainer then takes over. At the start of each session, the trainer introduces himself and then it's the trainees' turn, followed by a presentation of the training program to ensure that you have all the information you need.

Where does the training take place?

Training can take place at your company, online or on our premises, depending on your preference. The venue will be indicated on your e-mail invitation. If your training is distance learning, you will find a link on your invitation.

What are the opening hours?

Predefined training times are from 9:30am to 12:30pm and from 1:30pm to 5:30pm. Distance learning courses follow the same timetable.

Course materials

For face-to-face training, course materials are published and sent to trainees in hard copy. For distance learning courses, course materials are provided by trainers in electronic format.

Is lunch provided?

Lunch is not provided, but you'll find plenty of good places to eat nearby.

After training

You receive certification of participation. If your training course leads to certification (ISTQB®, etc...), you will receive certification.
