RESKILLING 101
What is Reskilling?
A reskilling program is an educational initiative designed to teach you new skills, often in a different field or industry than your current one, to help you adapt to changing job markets and economic conditions. These programs aim to equip employees with the abilities needed to transition into new roles or industries, particularly in response to technological advancements, automation, or shifts in market demand.
QESTIT Academy is particularly proud to offer a 10-week reskilling course in the testing professions, enabling you to enter your new position with all the necessary skills. Led by our experts, this software testing training course will get you up and running quickly and proficiently when you take up your new position.
Reskilling program are managed with local institutions (ex. unemployment organisation). Check first your local prerequisites before signing up.

Organization
Our tailor-made training program enables participants to master the techniques and tools required for the position to be filled, and to improve their soft skills such as oral and written communication.
Companies involved
As far as companies are concerned, this scheme is available to public and private sector employers who have submitted a job offer to France travail (formerly Pôle emploi).
Participant profile
Any jobseeker registered with Pôle Emploi who has received a job offer with a minimum 12-month contract (with QESTIT or a third-party company).
Financing
POEI is financed by France Travail (formerly Pôle Emploi) for up to 400 hours of training, or by your company's OPCO.
