Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a hotly debated topic that combines eco-responsibility and the human dimension through its social and societal aspects. This training course will first give you a good grasp of the concept, before proposing some ideas and examples of concrete actions to help you adapt CSR to the digital world. You will follow two objectives:

  • Eco-design references (Examples of best practices and their impacts: RGESN, INR, ADEME, Agile and RSE (Sustainable Quality))
  • Impact on usage: as a user and as a player in the construction of the digital service
